Housekeeping

Here are a few simple housekeeping guidelines that we would like you to be aware of. If you have any special needs, please ask us about it when booking, and we will try our best to meet them.

  • Check-in before 6pm
  • Check-out before 11am
  • The rooms are cleaned every third day, please let us know at breakfast if not wanted.
  • Linen and towels are changed every third day, however if you need an extra change just let us know at breakfast.
  • Extra towels for the pool are provided on request
  • Cleaning and ironing of clothes is available for a small fee
  • All rooms are smoke free
  • Pets are not allowed

The breakfast

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or outside on the terrace, the choice is yours. We offer a continental breakfast with toast with a selection of jams, homemade sponge cake with free range eggs from the farm, yogurt, coffee or tea.

On request, other breakfast options can be made available; however, an additional cost may apply.

Travelling with children

A farm is an exciting place for a child and they are always welcome. We can add a travel cot, extra bed and changing table to selected room. In the breakfast room there are high chairs are available. Might also be nice to know that there is a well-stocked pharmacy open 24h in the nearby town of Ponte Felcino.

Our focus is to provide a good night’s sleep but if meals are also requested we can provide them. Please check with us at arrival. However you do not need to travel far to enjoy more Umbrian cuisine. Here are a few of our local favourites.
